Train and deploy the models that power GaugeAI's diagnostic engine. You'll work on fine-tuning LLMs on automotive repair data, building retrieval pipelines, and closing the gap between 99.2% and 100% accuracy.
What we're looking for
- ✓Production experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG pipelines)
- ✓Strong Python — PyTorch or JAX, Hugging Face ecosystem
- ✓Experience shipping ML models to mobile or edge environments

Full-Stack Engineer

- ✓Hands-on with data — SQL, Amplitude or Mixpanel, attribution modeling

Automotive Data Specialist
Help us build the highest-quality automotive diagnostic dataset in the world. You'll label, validate, and augment repair records, work with our ML team to improve model accuracy, and serve as the domain expert in our AI feedback loops.

- ✓ASE certification or equivalent hands-on automotive repair experience
- ✓Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and structured data
